Day of Life #123 -4 mos old!

Madeline Is 4  mos old today! Hard to believe- wow time has flown!

Sorry for the delay in posting yet again but things have been very busy around here -Madeline had her Baby Dedication last Sunday - and Her 1st Halloween! She was a baby CTHULU (SEE PICS) . Her aunt made her the costume. Thanks Auntie!

Madeline has been keeping busy with Dr Appts, blood draws, and shots! We also have a firm date for her GTUBE surgery. Madeline will get her surgery on this upcoming Monday. She has to be there very early and will stay overnight for observation. This should be a fairly simple procedure but it is still nerve wracking! We just want to make sure everything goes smoothly. Going back to the hospital for surgery makes us a little uneasy if you can imagine...However it will be good to get the NG tube out. She keeps pulling it out and it is not very fun to put back in - she shouldn't be able to pull out the GTUBE and if she does.. then that's a problem haha.

If you can remember to keep Madeline in your prayers around 7 30 am monday morning we would appreciate it!

Otherwise things are going pretty Ok- the Occupational therapist said Madeline is doing very well developmentally- She is talking and laughing a lot- we are working on rolling over, reaches for toys, etc. She also loves music and dancing :) . She has a cold she hasn't been able to kick for a while but she is sticking tough through it! Her PCP says she looks really good too- so that is great. We are looking forward to things sort of calming down after the surgery- hopefully she won't have to see as many specialists and things can just be chillax for a while! After all -the holidays are coming up and we want her to enjoy them .

Thanks everyone for all the continued amazing support- and Most importantly thank God for every wonderful day we have with our beautiful baby girl :)

Take Care!
