Wanted to give a late update on Everrett. He went under open heart surgery today and things have not gone so well. The surgery was successfull, however afterwards, his heart was not pumping as fast as it needed to be. An even later update, his heart has stopped and he is now on life support. His dad says that if they don't get him off of the machine within 96 hours, his prognosis is not very good. So pray long and hard for this little guy, he's fought all the odds to date, we just need to get him over this last little hurdle.
Maddie is doing ok, we had a follow up visit with her doctors and got a lot of questions about her long term care plan answered. Her blood pressure was slightly better, so no changes to her medications, they are also working very hard with our insurance company to get us a blood pressure monitoring device for the house so we can keep a better 'pulse' on her bp.
Pray for Everrett and the entire Becker family, we know God works miracles.
