Good Evening everyone!
Just wanted to ask you to say some special prayers for Everett tonight. Mom and Dad let us know last night that Everett will be needing heart surgery tomorrow. There is a narrowing of his pulmonary veins from my understanding. I am not sure what the surgery will entail of as I have not gotten all the details from mom and dad but it is pretty major. Please Please Please pray for Baby Everett that he would make it through this surgery as safely as possible and that there would not be further complications. Pray for strength for mom and dad as they wait and endure throughout the time of the surgery- Pray that they would be comforted and feel peace. We will keep you posted on his condition as we know more- We will be stopping by to see mom and dad tomorrow so hopefully we will have more info for you!
Madeline's nurse came yesterday and it turns out her BP is pretty high- 120/60- Obviously not the highest blood pressure she's ever had but not great. We talked to the nephrologist and they want us to come in tomorrow afternoon. At this point she is at the maximum dosage of medication she can take. We are not sure what they will say tomorrow. They also informed us thast the insurance company denied the request for a blood pressure machine in home. At this point they will request visits by the nurse to happen 2x a day in hopes that the insurance company will change their mind about the blood pressure machine. Time is passing by and we have a lot of decisions to make about Madeline, her care, the future , our lifestyle etc. We are feeling the pressure but trying to remain calm and trust in God. Pray for guidance for us in making some of these tough decisions.
Adalee- Spoke with her parents and she seems to be doing well - she is now 3 lbs 13oz- so she has gained some weight! Hard to believe she is such a little tyke! Pray that she just keeps growing and doing well!!!!
God Bless all thank you in advance for the prayers!
Thoughts and many prayers going your way today and Everett's family during this hard time!
