A step forward today, Maddie got her tubes taken out of her mouth, breathing on her own, still not peeing enough, but we'll take what we can get. She's pretty crabby, probably from a sore throat. More awake and looking around today which is good. Mom and dad took naps and also got out a little today. Madeline, like her dad, also likes to have her head petted, seems to calm her down a bit. She also likes it when we sing to her. Hoping for a full pee bag tomorrow. Good night all. Praise be to God.
We will continue praying for sweet Madeline! Thank you so much for the updates. I check severel times a day to see how she is doing. We are friends of Ghramm's. we will contitue to pray for you both as well. We serve a mighty God!

ReplyDeleteI don't know you but I think we may be somewhat related in a distant way - I am a Korschgen and related to Leroy. I have been checking the blog for Madeline multiple times a day. What keeps dinging me right now is that God is healing her! You said it yourself a few days ago - it will be God's will if she gets well. It is God's will to heal her and make her well. I continue to pray tonight for strength for you and your husband. I pray for peace, courage, sleep, and faith for you two. For Madeline, I pray for continued health. I know God's plan is good and I want you to know that your story has drawn me closer to God. I have two young sons - aged almost 3 and 1. I look at them very differently. I wish you many blessings and peace.
